How it works

  1. Call us or send a WhatsApp message at +39 351 525 3473. You can speak English with us at any time.
  2. Tell us where you are: the address, the name of your hotel and room number, and what the problem is. If you prefer, the hotel reception can call us for you.
  3. A doctor comes to you, examines you and tells you in English what is happening and what to do next.

What the doctor can do

  • Examine adults and children for common problems: fever, flu, sore throat, ear pain, stomach problems, food poisoning, allergies, minor injuries, back pain.
  • Give treatment and, if needed, write a prescription you can take to any pharmacy in Italy.
  • Refer you to a specialist or to hospital when the situation requires it.

At the end of the visit you receive an invoice and the medical documentation, useful if you need to claim a reimbursement from your travel insurance.
